Our Thoughtful Approach Helps Clients Understand And Address Legal Issues

Malcolm Miranda and Associates, P.C., assists North Texas clients with their legal issues. The firm's thoughtful approach helps clients make informed decisions while understanding all of their options. The law office is located inside the Prosperity Bank building in McKinney, Texas, and represents clients throughout North Texas. When clients first come in to the office, they are greeted by a paralegal and begin filling out paperwork. At that time, Mr. Miranda starts researching their case and then meets with them. He does not hand people off to a paralegal. Your case will be handled by an attorney.

Additionally, everyone in the office speaks Spanish. This means you will get your questions answered in a way that you understand. We are also attentive and return calls within 24 hours. We will communicate in the way that works best for you: email, text, cellphone. We will even drive out to your location if you want to retain our firm. We are very customer-service oriented.

Experienced In The Issues You Need Addressed

Mr. Miranda started his legal career prosecuting CPS cases for the Webb County District Attorney's office. After that, he practiced as an associate attorney at the law office of David Kohm & Associates. Then, in 2007, he joined the Collin County Criminal District Attorney's Office.
